anyone have experiences with redcoach?

i was looking for a bus to take me from houston to austin, and the redcoach bus seemed like a suspiciously cheap and convenient option. free wifi, bathrooms, snacks, and the length of the ride is reasonable and under 3 hours all for $15. does anybody have any experiences with it? is it safe for a solo female to take? it feels too good to be true
