Anyone have experience with Camden Plaza apartments?

Looking to move soon. I live at an older apartment a couple blocks away. Really like the area but looking for an upgrade. I have an apartment hunter that I’ve used for years and this place wasn’t on his list. He said because it’s a bit higher in crime than what he includes in his list. This shocked me because I live like a quarter mile away. I looked at Camden Greenway, and 100% agree stay away from that place. But looking at crimes stats online and reviews, it doesn’t seem like an issue at Camden Plaza. So anyway, for anyone who currently does or has previously lived at Camden Plaza, what are your general thoughts? Also, how’s the technology package?
