Anyone have experience with Brightland Homes?

Looking to purchase a new home built by Brightland and I've seen a good share of bad reviews. However, just about every builder, even the ones that make the top 10 list here on Reddit, have bad reviews. Anyone have experience buying a Brightland home? Any problems that required warranty work? Any hassles getting that warranty work done? Thanks so much.
