Anyone have experience or knowledge of Medical & age discrimination in the work place?

I’d like to hear if anyone has experienced age discrimination in your office? Medical discrimination? Or what is the definition of being harassed by your boss? Anyone have personal experience? Legal steps taken? Thanks for any help / advise.
