Anyone have any tips on finding a good realtor familiar with the SummerWood & Atascocita area?

28M here looking to buy a home in or around this area. I’m not completely locked in on living here, it’s just a good area me and my fiancé have looked at.

I have a couple of realtor friends, but they’ve only been doing this for a few years and I’m not entirely sure if I’d trust them with this if purchase.

Anyone have any insight on how you all found your realtor? And if you should pick a realtor familiar with this area? Or just a good realtor in general.
