Anyone have any idea what’s going on around Richmond and Wesleyan?

There has been car crashing sounds, car revving and probably racing, helicopters flying low, and just repeated loud gunshot/firework-like noises for like almost 2 hours now. It's so insanely loud.

There is sometimes a bit of racing around here, but I've never heard anything like this.

What the f**k is going on?
