Anyone have any experience with, or recommendations for tattoo removal places in or around the greater houston area?

My friends birthday is coming up in june and I'm looking to get him 1-2 sessions of tattoo removal as a present. He's got a small (1.5in tall 2-3in long) tattoo on his hand he started to get laser-ed off last year but he only went once or twice and then hasn't been back to finish up since. We live in the Spring/woodlands area but anywhere in the greater houston area would be acceptable. I've done some general googling, but would love any input from fellow houstonians who maybe have some first hand experience with some of the places.
