Anyone have any experience with LTH Builders?

I'm looking at a house built by LTH Builders and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them or other insight. Their website (https://lthbuilders.com/) is really basic, and they don't have a physical location, which is a bit concerning. Any thoughts are appreciated. TYIA!
