anyone have a good cheap pool builder Connect?

I have a crew working on our neighbors yard sewer system and that they can dig out a pool for us. I would just need to get someone to finish it basically. Curious if anyone knows a source that can work with our plans. Just a simple rectangle shape. We could have it pre dug out and just need them to do the rest.
