Anyone getting headaches from this heat?

I've been getting migraines the last couple of days. I make sure to drink enough water and my work for the most part isn't outdoors. However, my office area is at 81 DegF and they are working on making it colder, but, its a tall task(multibillion dollar company, but, we have to have capital justification for everything).

Anyone else get headaches? Do I need more coffee?
