Anyone found a 2018-2020 Black Mercedes S Class front bumper missing on 610 or nearby?

It was involved in a hit and run. The radiator on that thing is definitely gone and with the weather it should have overheated. Last sighting was it going on 610 Westbound around 6:10PM 6/25/23.
