Anyone epoxied their garage in Houston? Was it worth it? How much did it cost per sq ft?

I do a lot of work in my garage, and I also work out. Previous owner looked like they spilled some oil and I want to make it nicer.

Been considering epoxying it. From what I've read online it's worth paying a contractor to do it properly.

Has anyone done this? Was it worth it? How much per SQ ft did you pay ?
