Anyone else’s AC just not keeping up?

Got a brand new HVAC system last year. I’m looking at the thermostat right now and it’s set to 73, and the inside of the house is 77.

I know we got the right amount of BTUs for the house. And everything is seemingly running fine. Is it just so oppressively hot that the AC just can’t keep up? Is anyone else having these kind of problems?
