Anyone else suffering from a stomach bug/virus right now?

Is there a stomach bug making the rounds here in the Houston area? I know many of my coworkers have been calling out sick but I don’t know if it’s for the same reason. I’ve had the absolute worst diarrhea of my entire life for the past 48 hours, on the toilet every hour. I threw up a bit at first but now it’s mostly just the diarrhea with excruciating stomach pain and cramps. I also had a 102 fever with intermittent bodyaches and chills. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy 😭
