Anyone else just get a random cough but don’t feel sick at all?

I’ve been feeling under the weather since 08-24-22 to now. Had a sore throat at first but went away after a day and the next day a minor cough but today it feels worse. Been taking medicine and kinda helps but not really. I don’t feel sick though that’s the thing. I’m not sure if there’s been anything in the air or just this terrible humidity but has anyone else been feeling like this too?
