anyone else is having issues applying for virtual classes for there HISD kids?

Hi guys, so today at 6pm the application for parents to apply to get virtual school for the fall for kids who fall under 11 and younger was suppose to go live, but the website keeps crashing, or not showing the application at all. I am being patient, cuz I know tech can get finicky but i was wondering if i was the only one having this issue?
