Anyone else having trouble with hello fresh not delivering?

I had HF several months ago and we enjoyed but took a break since it is fairly expensive. I just decided to renew and last week should have been my first box.

Was supposed to be here Tuesday and when it didn’t arrive by Thursday I went ahead and cancelled and they reimbursed me for that week.

Today’s box was supposed to arrive by 8 and with 10 min to go before 8 it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.

So I’m wondering if we’re the only unlucky people or if others are having problems with hello fresh as well.
