Anyone Else Having Serious Problems With Allergies Recently?

I have this hacking cough and sinus congestion that is on another level. I can’t ever remember it being this bad. Checked the allergy report and Cedar and Ash are high but I don’t usually have a reaction like I am experiencing this year.

Anyone else having unusually bad allergies?

Any suggestions how to minimize the symptoms without pharmaceuticals?
