Anyone Else Having Issues with the City of Houston Picking Up Yard Waste Bags?

These never get picked up. These particular bags have been at the curb for more than three weeks. I use the City-approved biodegradable bags and set them out on trash day. I’ve created 311 requests for missed pickup. They never get addressed and I eventually give up like a month later and just throw them in the trash bin. I feel like it’s just a racket for them to sell their ridiculously expensive trash bags ($10 for a roll of ten).

Anyone else having this issue with the City of Houston yard waste pickup? Any suggestions besides just not giving a s**t anymore?
