Anyone else have a sick dog lately?

My dog has been throwing up and had diarrhea the last few days. I brought him to the vet and they said they have seen a lot of dogs coming in for the same thing. I haven’t changed his diet and I haven’t seen him eat anything he shouldn’t. I was just curious if this was something widespread in Houston? We live close to the Heights.
