Anyone else getting screwed by their electric company?

I have been with Constellation for a long time now and things have gone well until the past few months. I have been on a month-to-month plan since December 2021 after letting my last contract end. I know, my mistake, but I have been on plenty of month-to-month plans in the past due to laziness / procrastination and no company has ever done this.

These are my average rates from my past 4 billing statements:

• June: .1370 kWh
• July: .1876 kWh
• August: .2438 kWh
• September: .3266 kWh

In just 4 months, Constellation has began charging me 2.4x the average rate they were charging before.

Is this happening to anyone else? I know gas prices have gone up but I didn't know it was this bad.
