Anyone dealing with frogs that sound like birds chirping at night? (Rio Grand Chirping Frog)
Since 3 days ago, I've had a single or maybe more of these frogs making bird chirping noises from 11 pm to like 4 am. right up against my screen doro. They're right next to my balcony where there is a some vegetation under the balcony fence.
Will I have to deal with the chirping thing all the way until Summer? or do these guys go away after spring?
I moved to Houston middle of August, when it was hotter then now and i didn't hear any high pitch chirping frogs, but the non high pitch frog noises were there until fall which were heard further away.
The chirps are pretty annoying, almost non-stop throughout the night. They would be fine if they were like 15 feet away from me, but they're like 5 feet away from my living room window. I was convinced it was like a baby bird. the chirps are extremely similar to a small bird or a baby bird.
