Anybody not a fan of Tex Mex?

I hate how Houston’s food culture is so overshadowed by Tex Mex. On top of that, it is overpriced just because of so called ‘authenticity’ even though Tex Mex itself is already a fusion cuisine and not that hard to replicate.
