Anybody got an idea why all these emergency vehicles are going south on the west Beltway?

I mean I just saw about 10 different emergency vehicles, including a bomb squad truck, heading down the the West Beltway 8 South of Westheimer. Just curious if anybody has a clue… And they're still coming south, a whole lot of them…
