Anybody else hearing car alarm as excessively in Upper Kirby?

Anybody else live in upper Kirby and keep hearing car alarms go off every 5 minutes, literally? I’m about to lose my mind. It’s specifically happening on the block of Kirby and Richmond near Graces. I don’t know if somebody’s car is glitching or they have a bad ass kid that’s setting it off…or worst, break ins are happening. It’s been happening consistently for the last few days throughout all times of day.

It’s driving me crazy. Last night I came to theory that maybe a business uses valet nearby and that’s how they find the cars but that’s so silly. My other theory is that somebody’s Tesla needs an update. Idk. Suggestions on what could be happening and what I can do to not go insane?
