anybody else having bad sinus headache with all this rain?

I've been fighting a really bad sinus headache for the last week. Feels like the back of my skull is going to explode. Bending down, a sneeze or a cough is just painful. Taken Advil, decongestants, antihistamines, warm shower, etc isn't working. Anybody else getting this? Anyone got any better ideas? I got some relief for about an hour after having some wasabi on crackers, but it came right back. Ice for things to do, and I can't just live in my shower.
