ANYBODY else experience attempted phishing at the bayou music center parking garage exit kiosk event parking last night?

(repost) I find it really odd that the ticket machine to exit wasn't functioning(would not accept ticket to leave the garage)…after pressing help/support -The person on the intercom asked for address, phone, email, ticket number all under the guise of verifying payment…(parking was paid upon entry to event parking, Anthony Jezelnik show)

I gave them all bogus answers except ticket number but they still thanked me for the info, said they were able to verify the payment and activated the gate to exit….
