Any Visual Art schools for high schoolers? Private teachers?

I was wondering if anyone knew about some good art schools or programs in Houston since I’ve been searching for a real long time. I’m looking for ones for high schoolers who could get help strengthening their portfolio/help making a portfolio for potential art colleges or even centered around more job based like animation or game design. A few pointers on where to search would be helpful too! Thank you 🙂
