Any Viet-Cajun in the northern suburbs?

My husband and I will be in visiting the northern suburbs of Houston for a wedding over the first week in July. We're arriving earlier than the rest of the family so we have some time to explore, and we both really wanted to try Viet-Cajun. We are willing to drive closer in to central Houston for it, but if there's something north of the top of 610, we'd love to hear about that, too, since we're going to be based around Conroe.

Thanks for any suggestions – I see a lot of solid TexMex offerings, but we're open to try anything!
