Any veterinary clinics that are NOT curbside drop off only?

My dog has been acting funny recently and I took him to his usual vet. The vet clinic is open for drop off only so I can’t really have a good discussion with the vet about my dog’s issues while my dog is being examined. The vet didn’t see the problems I saw, my dog wasn’t responding normally anyway because he doesn’t do well with strangers when I’m not there, and left without treatment.

I want a vet clinic where I can go into the examination room so I can actually show the vet what is going on with my dog. Also wondering if there are any vets that go to the house. We can have the examination in my backyard if that’s more comfortable. Willing to travel anywhere in greater Houston area.
