Any summer camps for adults?

So, I'm 30, and not an American. I always liked the stuff they showed in the movies and TV shows, like boy scouts, or Camp Rock, or whatever other summer camp thing they had going on visual media. Seemed like a cool experience to learn some fun activity! But I came to this country too… old for these kind of things. I have searched a few things, but the age limit seems to be 21.

So, does anyone know of any summer camps or activities for adults? I don't wanna join the army.

I'd rather be able to learn some new stuff, like something artistic, a sport, or survival stuff (I'm guessing that's what boy scouts learn), but honestly even something like "hiking for a week at some forest/mountain" sounds cool.
