Any suggestions or experiences with houston based credit unions for FHA mortgage?

I know this is Houston sub, but to see any local experiences when it comes to mortgage rates and services between big banks and local credit unions. Where I live JSC federal credit union is very popular and close by.

I would appreciate any suggestions or experiences you guys can share.
