Any suggestions for getting regular service for car at reasonable price?

I am relatively new to Houston and was wondering if someone can suggest a place with reasonable price for car service. I called Russell and Smith Honda, who are asking for $385 for regular service (oil change and tire rotation) for my old honda civic.
