Any spots near GRB that will have a good brunch on Monday given it’s a holiday?

I’ve been looking at online menus & I’m seeing a lot of usual brunch spots in the area either closed on Monday or not offering brunch.

That’s not unusual, but I was wondering if that would change given that Monday is a holiday.
