Any spaces in North Houston I can rent for stone carving?

Hey everyone. I know it’s a weird question, but this is a hobby I’ve been wanting to pick up for years. I live in an apartment and, as you could imagine, chipping away at blocks of marble could be very noisy. Are there any places I could rent where I can work without disturbing people? I’ve heard of maker spaces, but I don’t know if the dust or noise would be too much. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
