Any recommendations on hotels with bars on the NW part of town? Easily accessible that have a good vibe.

I am looking for have a role-play night to try to spice things up with the wife after 9 years of marriage. We’ve never tried anything like this but decided to go ahead and try new things recently. She’s agreed to dress up, pretend we’re random strangers, and we both get to now each other all over again. We’re on the Northwest part of town heading towards Katy but don’t mind going anywhere in Houston as long as the hotel has a nice scenic view. I am getting the room before hand to make sure there isn’t any issues, but haven’t ever stayed in a hotel with a bar in it. I know this might not be the sub for this but decided to see if anybody here has any recommendations on a good secluded spot.
