Any recommendations on employment lawyers?

i worked at a bar here in Houston that would let salaried managers take tips, which to my understanding is illegal no matter the circumstances. they also fired 2 guys; one for having schizophrenia and the other bc they were a man and they want an all girl staff. isn’t that discrimination? is there any employment lawyers y’all would recommend that i could consult with?
