Any recommendations on concrete companies that’ll do smaller jobs (100-200sqft)

I need to do a slab that’s about 120 sq ft total. Would try it myself but for a number of reasons (never done concrete before, full time baby sitter now, the slab needs to be 6 inches thick, and reinforced since it’ll be handling some weight) I don’t think that’s the best idea. Hard to get some companies time for a job that’s relatively small.
