Any recommendations on car AC mechanic in Houston? The devils ass is about to be over Texas for the next 9 months and I wanna be ready.

I’m fairly new to Houston and want a good mechanic that won’t rip me off.

*It blows smelly air

*cools on and off only when on long rides where I won’t stop and go constantly.

*it’s not coolant I have checked it already
