Any recommendations on an acquisitions lawyer? Wanting to buy a small business under 1 million.

I can't for the life of me find anyone who is willing to help me buy a small business under 1 million dollars. Anyone have any recommendations? Latino or English speaking doesn't matter just need someone who can guide/represent us.
