Any recommendations for non-destructive book scanning?

Any recommendations for book scanning in the Houston area that don't destroy the books in the process?

Would like to scan a few old yearbooks before I finish my yearly cleaning/throwing out of old stuff. By non-destructive, I mean a place that does NOT destroy the books and will return the materials after scanning.

Know the cheaper places rip out the spines and often throw out everything afterwards.
