Any recommendations for faux leather repair?

I’m trying to find someone who’s able to repair my sister’s backpack. It’s one she really likes and would really like to see repaired.

It’s an aqua blue backpack made of vegan leather (I think faux leather is the technical term). It started peeling in one corner after a rough fall.

Not sure if finding someone to repair it in town is feasible, but worth a shot.
