Any recommendation for an oral surgeon for implants? All in one place?

According to our dentist he suggested the surgeon to install the implant then go back to him (dentist) for the actual cosmetic tooth a couple weeks later. Looking at close to $15,000 for one tooth with most of that being the surgeon. And if course this is considered cosmetic so insurance won’t cover it. Is there anywhere decent that does all in one and at a decent price?
