Any podcasting studios in Houston available for hourly rental?

I'm looking for a place to do a podcast. Yeah, I know I can buy a decent mic or two and cobble one together in my home, but I want to work with professional equipment and a room with good sound. So far I've not been able to find anything. Maybe some radio stations will rent a studio?
