Any places to do large projects? Art projects specifically.

I’m looking for a place where I can do my art project. My project has to do with planar art and so it’s going to involve a lot of cutting and moving around that’s why I need a place where I won’t disturb anyone with the mess I’ll be making.

Im not sure if there is a place for this but thought I’d ask here just in case. I can’t do this at home because of a personal situation so yeah.

Ps: because i will be using paper so I need some place inside so please don’t recommend parks or any outdoor areas as I don’t want my papers flying away. Thanks 🙏

Almost forgot, if there’s a place that can scale up drawing or pictures to twice the size or scale down then please let me know as well
