Any physical therapy locations in Houston that practice blood flow restriction?

I was prescribed this method of treatment in my home city but due to the current pandemic I cannot fly back so I will be here for a while. Unfortunately, I cannot find a clinic that specifically states it practices blood flow restriction therapy and due to the sheer number of practices in TMC I am not sure where to start. I read some articles that said the Texans have used it at Memorial Hermann but the team doctors there do not really specify if non athletes can use blood flow restriction as well.
