Any parents/kids with experience at Snapology Cypress/Towne Lake?

I tried to look for reviews or any commentary on it, but have not been able to find. Snapology seems great but is a franchise operation so I just wanted to see if it was a good location to sign the kids up for. Thanks in advance.
