Any old west type restaurants?

Hey! My wife, ten month old daughter and I will be in Houston tomorrow through Thursday for my wife's work. Im trying to get the full TX experience. Never been here before. Any good restaurant ideas? Maybe a speakeasy or saloons or something like that?.
