Any of y’all know much about Cleveland, Texas?

I know it’s a ways out of Houston but I know a lot of people that have come to Houston from other small surrounding towns. My mom just informed me that she bought some property out there to lay a few trailers to rent out. I’m not familiar with that area at all and am wondering what it’s like around there. Was it a bad investment to buy all the way out there?
