Any Interesting Spots for Night Photography?

Hi there! I’m looking for a good spot to take pictures of people with cars. Somewhere with a lot of nice lights and colors that’s unique and not do too much. I was thinking maybe somewhere in Chinatown because I really do like the colors of everything when driving down Bellaire at night. And everyone takes pics Rice Box, which is like what I want but that’s way overdone by now, but something like that. Curious to see what people suggest and if there are good places I’ve missed.
